Reporting live must be a tricky task as anything could go wrong in front of millions of people.

Individuals have to make sure their senses are about them, or else they could easily end up in a compromising position.

A newscaster in Canada was left looking like a right fool after walking into a lamp post while live on air.

The shot is all the better because Kent Molgat had been badgering a person at the exact time it happened.

You can see Mr Molgat's glasses come off his face as he crashes into the metal pole and it is clear it was sore.

Despite the fact his interviewee had been trying to escape from Mr Molgat, he does come back to make sure he is alright.

It'll teach him to always look ahead and not take anything for granted, while I'm sure he's going to be the laughing stock at work for a while.
