{"id":1234,"date":"2011-11-14T15:36:47","date_gmt":"2011-11-14T15:36:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/p=?1234"},"modified":"2011-11-14T15:36:47","modified_gmt":"2011-11-14T15:36:47","slug":"cat-and-mouse-game-unfolds-in-front-of-owners-eyes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/gb\/news\/cat-and-mouse-game-unfolds-in-front-of-owners-eyes\/","title":{"rendered":"Cat and mouse game unfolds in front of owner&#8217;s eyes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Everyone has heard the expression cat and mouse game to describe when a person is in pursuit of someone or something else.<\/p>\n<p>However, a feline from Grass Valley in Nevada showed this saying is steeped in truth after taking part in an elongated game of hunt, the Daily Mail reports.<\/p>\n<p>The two-year-old, who is called Dexter, was seen to be chasing a mouse around his owner Angelo DeSantis' garden as he sought some prey.<\/p>\n<p>Mr DeSantis &ndash; a keen photographer &ndash; was on hand to take a few shoots of the moggy throwing the unlucky creature around.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;He was playing with it just like he does with his stuffed toys.
