{"id":122,"date":"2010-02-08T13:39:59","date_gmt":"2010-02-08T13:39:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/p=?122"},"modified":"2010-02-08T13:39:59","modified_gmt":"2010-02-08T13:39:59","slug":"a-hug-and-a-kiss-are-the-best-valentines-presents","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/forcespenpals.net\/gb\/news\/a-hug-and-a-kiss-are-the-best-valentines-presents\/","title":{"rendered":"A hug and a kiss &#8216;are the best Valentine&#8217;s presents&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Valentine&rsquo;s Day could prove to be a cheap one for soldiers this year, as new research has found a hug and a kiss are what women want the most.<\/p>\n<p>A study by ROLO revealed that showing a loved one you care is the way to go, with a kiss and a cuddle the most romantic gesture a bloke can make.<\/p>\n<p>Expensive jewellery, sexy lingerie and fancy dinners are the least wanted gifts, with a romantic weekend away also ranked lower than a smooch.<\/p>\n<p>Anjula Mutanda, a psychologist, said small gestures like a kiss and a cuddle are what strong relationships are built on.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;It&rsquo;s the small gestures that mean the world to your partner. Why?
